Village Issues RFQ/RFP for Redevelopment of 8500 and 8550 Lehigh Ave Sites

The Village released today a Request for Qualifications/Proposal (RFQ/RDP) for the redevelopment of two highly desirable municipally-owned sites at 8500 & 8550 Lehigh Avenue (collectively: “8500/8550 Sites”), which include a total of approximately 1.5 acres of land area.
