Blood Pressure Screening – 2nd Tuesday of each month, 9:00 a.m – 11:00 a.m. Walk-ins welcome.

Diabetes Screening – 4th Tuesday of each month. Please fast for 12 hours prior to the testing. You may drink water. Please hold diabetic medications. Call the Senior Hotline at (847) 470-5223.
