Blood Pressure screening is provided every Tuesday and Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. No appointment needed. Cost: - free.

DIABETES
Finger stick blood test to screen for high blood sugar is provided every Tuesday from 9 to 10 a.m. Fasting for twelve hours is required. Water is allowed. Hold diabetic medications. No appointment needed. Cost: - free.

CHOLESTEROL
A full lipid profile will be drawn by Prime Care Resources, Inc. Tests will be conducted the first Wednesday of every month. Fasting for twelve hours is required. Water and medications allowed. Appointment required.

Cost: - $10.00 for residents 65 yrs. and older and $12.00 for non- residents and residents under 65 yrs. Call 847-470- 5223 for an appointment.

PODIATRY
Dr. Mark Neamond will be available for basic foot assessment and toe nail clipping on the first Tuesday of every month from 9 a.m to 12 noon.
Appointment required. Call the Senior Hotline at 847-470-5223.

Cost: Medicare or insurance will be billed when applicable. Residents who are not covered will be charged a fee of $30.00.
