George Castle’s Long, Strange Trip Through the Cubs Universe- FREE

Growing up in West Rogers Park and living in Skokie and Morton Grove since 1984, George Castle turned an avocation into a vocation. An author, sportswriter, and sports-radio show host, George has chronicled the Cubs, past and present, in all his journalistic platforms. He is co-authoring a book on the 1969 Cubs with Hall of Famer Fergie Jenkins.

Is the Endocrine System Alive and Well?- - FREE

This presentation will address common characteristics of the endocrine system. Abnormal findings, assessment, treatment modalities and education will be identified for commonly affected glands such as the pituitary, thyroid, pancreas (diabetes), parathyroid, and adrenal glands.

Zumba Gold

Zumba is a cardio-based fitness class that fuses Latin and International rhythms and movements. Zumba Gold format is designed for the active older adult or the beginner participants. It features dances from popular rhythms such as meringue, salsa, cha cha, flamenco, tango, rock and roll and more. Come join the class and get ready to have fun. No dance experience required.
