The Morton Grove Police Department will once again be participating in the annual Toy for Tots collection drive. The drive has already begun and the last day to drop off toys is December 11th. If you are able and willing to donate, you can drop off a new, unwrapped toy at the following locations:
- MG Police Department, 6101 Capulina Ave.
- MG Fire Department #4, 6250 Lincoln Ave.
- MG Village Hall, 6101 Capulina Ave.
- MG Park District, 6834 Dempster St.
- MG Public Library, 6140 Lincoln Ave.
The Toys for Tots Collection drive was created to assist the U.S. Marine Corps in providing a tangible sign of hope to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas. The objective is to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources – our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and to contribute to improving communities in the future.
